The
17th Annual Dinner Dance at ZZYC will be held on Saturday, July
26th, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. , catered by Lakeside Inn. Eleanor Wiebe can be contacted for

Members can reserve and purchase up to TWO (2) seats by completing the registration form in the May information package sent to your home and returning it with a cheque. Payment for the Dinner Dance reservations can be added to the cheque for membership dues. Price is $80.00 per person plus GST ($84.00). Remaining seats (if any) will be sold to members at the Commodore’s Reception at ZZYC on June 29, 2008.
If any seats are unsold after the Commodore’s Reception, these will be made available on a first come basis for guests. Guest seats are $120 plus GST ($126.00) per person. If you wish to bring guests you should indicate this on the registration form . DO NOT SEND PAYMENT FOR GUEST SEATS NOW. You will be advised by telephone if you have been allocated guest seats and payment can then be made.
Please remember: Seating capacity is limited to 120 seats. Dinner Dance reservations are available for members in the order that requests with payment are received with the return of your membership dues. |
