BOATING SAFETY COURSE
PLEASURE CRAFT OPERATORS CARD

We are once again offering the Refresher Boating Safety Course at ZZYC. The Refresher course is one ½ day session designed for those who have some boating experience and have reviewed the material prior to attending. It will consist of a 2 hour review of the material followed by the 45 minute exam. This cost will be $55.00 for the 1st family member and $50.00 for additional members. Manuals are available for $10.00 each (please purchase and review before course date).

Dates: July 5th, 9:30am12:30pm

July 19th, 9:30am-12:30pm

Aug 8th, 9:30am-12:30pm

At this point in time, anyone born after April 1st, 1983 or any person operating a powered recreational vessel less than 4 meters must have a Pleasure Craft Operator Card. By September 15, 2009 any person operating a power driven boat (of any size) will require this license.
