   •  Sunday, August 10th

ZZYC OPEN REGATTA – Saturday July 12th and Sunday July 13th

This is the big one!!!It starts with registration at 9am on Saturday, then the skippers meeting at 10am . Children attending the MIST camp are automatically registered in this regatta. This is an ‘open' regatta and anyone with a boat can enter! Everyone is also invited to stick around after the race on Saturday to enjoy a BBQ. It promises to be a great weekend of sailboat racing and we encourage all ZZYC members to come out and support our sailors and enjoy some fun, fellowship and the spirit of competition.

Races resume on Sunday morning 10am.

.

ZZYC CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP – Saturday, August 16th , starting with the skippers meeting at 11am . This has become a great regatta for all sailors at ZZYC. It is for members only and in the hopes of encouraging a few more of our ‘older' members to join in we are introducing a ‘Master's Class' for 2008.

This is a great chance for kids and adults alike to get a taste of sailing and racing and a fun way to end the summer at  ZZYC

This race is followed by our very popular Family BBQ and Family Kayak Race which mark the end of the season at ZZYC. We would like to once again encourage all members to come out and watch the races, do a little kayaking, cheer on our sailors and enjoy some friendly competition.
