Job Title: Swimming Instructor

Program: Swimming

Minimum Age: 17 years old as of June 30, 2012

Purpose: To offer safe and fun certified swimming instruction to the Clearwater Bay Community.

Job Description:

• Successful applicant will be responsible for designing program curriculum.
• Attendance at the Commodore’s Reception.
• Prepare and develop weekly outline.
• Daily accounting of program participants.
• Keep organized binder to record levels attained, notes.
• Post reminder notices of upcoming lesson schedule.
• Makes reminder calls of upcoming lesson availability.
• Provide lessons at private docks.
• Write a program summary at the end of the season.

Experience/Prerequisites:

• Must have own powerboat.
• Standard First Aid course with CPR level
• Red Cross Water Safety Instructor
• Lifesaving Instructor course
• Bronze Cross
