Job Title:                    Program Administrator

 

Minimum Age:          18 years old as of June 30, 2012

 

Purpose:                 To provide administrative leadership for the programs and social events at the Club.

 

Tasks:

 

·         Daily accounting of program participants.

·         Recording and reporting of employee hours.

·         Work with treasurer on payroll.

·         Reconciles member accounts for programs.

·         Post reminder notices on upcoming events.

·         Makes reminder calls on upcoming events.

·         Works with LTS chair to develop weekly instructor schedules.

·         Works with Programs coordinator to develop Summer Fun Schedule.

·         Attendance at the Commodore’s Reception.

·         Write a program summary at the end of the season.

·         Other duties as assigned

 

 

Experience/Prerequisites/Training:

 

·         Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC)

·         Emergency First Aid Award (St. John’s Ambulance course) (current)

·         Bronze Medallion Swimming level or Coach Boat Safety Course (current)

·         Respect In Sport course

·         Knowledge of rules and boat policies of ZZYC

·         Previous working experience at ZZYC
